Good Deeds: Nadia Buari Does Her Part To Provide Clean, Drinking Water In Ghana



It’s such a shame that good, clean, drinking water isn’t readily available in a lot of communities in Africa, so it’s nice to see someone step up to the plate to help alleviate the problem.

Last week Ghanaian actress Nadia Buari did her part to provide clean, drinking water to the Boko-Abisem community in the Eastern Region of Ghana by commissioning two boreholes which she said cost her millions to complete and each water tanker had a huge picture of the star actress on it.

She also spoke on what moved her to give back, saying

It’s February but Davido is making the Christmas & New Year’s wishes of some of his youngest fans come true.

The 22 year old pop star paid a surprise visit to the home of Samuel Ayodele David, a five year old boy who made a Christmas wish to popular radio station – Cool FM to meet his idol, Davido.

The little boy’s dreams came true yesterday when Davido surprised him & his mom at their Gbagada, Lagos home. He never esperred it!

As if that wasn’t enough, the kid and his mom, Mrs. Olumayowa David were gifted with household items by Davido, MTN & Cool FM.

Elections in Nigeria have largely been marred by violence and as the 2015 General elections draw near, music icon 2Face Idibia has taken it upon themselves to makes sure there is no violence during the 2015 elections.

2baba through his 2face Foundation is partnering with National Democratic Institute (NDI), Young Stars Foundation and other partner organizations to kick off the “VOTE NOT FIGHT – ELECTION NO BE WAR” campaign, which is geared towards a violence free electoral process in 2015.

Rocking his “Election No Be War” T-shirt, 2baba kicked off the initiative at a press conference on Sept. 30 which took place in Ikeja, Lagos.

Dencia Is Raising $1 Million For Ebola Experimental Drug ZMapp To Be Made Available In Africa – Watch Her Tearful Appeal

Whitenicious entrepreneur Dencia Ebola has launched a $1 Million appeal for the purchase of experimental drug ZMapp, which is meant to be the cure for Ebola.

Dencia kicked off her campaign with an emotional video where she talks about how Ebola has ravaged it’s way through Liberia and Sierra Leone, she comes to tears as she talks about the ramifications of the disease and the health struggles she faced as a child.

Good Deeds! Davido Spends Easter With Orphaned Kids In Lagos [Photos & Video]


Davido brought smiles to the faces of some of his young fans yesterday when he visited an orphanage in Lagos yesterday 22nd April. In the spirit of Easter the mega star who just acquired a N19 Million Naira Mercedes Benz 2014 S63AMG hung out with the kids before sharing with them gifts and food items.

Davido shared the pictures and video of the heartwarming visit on his Instagram page with a simple message, “I love them”

Good Deeds: Iyanya Visits Nyanya Bomb Blast Victims [Photos & Video]



Pop star Iyanya yesterday visited some of the victims of  the Nyanya motor park bomb blast which tragically occurred on April 15 2014 and claimed over 80 lives and left 134 injured

He visited the National Hospital, Abuja where some of the injured victims are undergoing treatment.

Good one Iyanya! His presence cheered up some of the victims including one who wanted him to sing his hit Kukere, which he happily did. Through his charity “Iyanya Foundation” he gifted the victims with toiletries and food items.
